Return Policy

At www.thelonelystonershow.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your hoodie for any reason, you can initiate a return within 30 days of the product's arrival. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth return process.
Return Eligibility:
  • Hoodies must be in their original packaging, including any tags or labels that came with the product.
  • Hoodies must be unused and undamaged. They should be in the same condition as when you received them.
Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please send an email to andrew@thelonelystonershow.com with the subject "Hoodie Return Request." In the email, provide the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the hoodie to verify its condition
    • Your contact information
  • Our customer support team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
  • Carefully package the hoodie in its original packaging, affix the prepaid shipping label, and send it back to us within 30 days of the product's arrival.
Return Credit:
Once we receive and inspect the returned hoodie, and it meets the return eligibility criteria, you will be issued store credit. This credit can be used to make future purchases on our website.
Exceptions:
Please note that we cannot accept returns for hoodies that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer. Additionally, personalized or customized hoodies are not eligible for return unless they arrive with defects.
